Service Description
We offer coaching packages tailored to each individuals needs, taking into account your work, social and family commitments, so you can focus on just working through the session and reaping the benefits of a progressive structured training programme. Whether you are looking at running your first 5km, or your first ultra marathon. Maybe you are looking to enter that cycling event you've wanted to do for ages, or you're training for the national MTB series. Or maybe triathlon is more your thing. Whatever your goals, we can support you to aspire to achieve them. We will provide you with a weekly training plan, and check in with you weekly. We offer 4 packages to suit a range of needs and budgets, with a monthly fee. These can be completely remote, via email/ zoom or face to face. More information below: > Bronze: weekly plan, and weekly check in via email / WhatsApp. > Silver: weekly plan, weekly 30 min call via zoom to review and advice as required. >Gold: weekly plan, with individualised strength & conditioning programme, and weekly 30 min call or face to face appt. >Platinum: weekly plan, with individualised strength & conditioning programme, and weekly 30 min call or face to face appt. Access to 1x online Pilates class per week, and 45 min comprehensive monthly review and report on progress.
