Service Description

Suitable for those who have had an initial assessment appointment within the past 3 months. Rehab package options of 4, 6, or 10 follow up sessions each of 30 minutes duration, which are discounted when bought as a package. If you have an injury which requires ongoing rehab, to ensure you can safely and effectively return to pre-injury activity levels, OR you would like to ensure you remain injury free for an activity or event you are completing these packages are for you. These sessions can be used within a 12 month period, and you can opt to use 2 sessions together if you would prefer a 60 min appt. Once booked we will be in touch to arrange your appointments at a time that suits you.
