Service Description

Bike fitting service for road, gravel, CX, Mountain bike. This is a physio led bike fit, which will include a physio assessment to ensure bike fitting is suitable for your individual needs, and any discrepancies in strength, muscle imbalances, technique etc can be identified with advice given. A report with be provided after the session with information on the sizing/ adjustments made, and any advice regarding strength / conditioning identified through the physio assessment. This will maximise your performance potential on the bike.
